We will NOT accept any carrier that is stained, cut, torn, or altered in any way. Nor will we accept a carrier that is dirty with spit-up, lotion or other substances, faded, worn excessively, containing lint or animal hair, smelling of smoke, pet odors, perfume, lotion or other fragrances. Any carrier that does not meet the condition of carrier requirements we will send the carrier back to you at the cost of $7.25 USD.

It is acceptable for the carrier to be returned washed.

PLEASE NOTE:

There is no time limit for exchanging your carrier.

All exchanges are even-exchanges, carrier for carrier of equivalent value, to be determined by New Native Inc.

If you return a washed carrier you may receive a pre-washed carrier in exchange.

Carriers sent back for refunds must be purchased directly from New Native Inc.
Refunds will only be processed if it has been 30 days or less from the original purchase date.

We reserve the right to deny exchanges or returns for carriers that are damaged or worn.
