The Cradle Carry
Age: Newborn through 35 lbs.
Benefits: Provides good support and a womb-like atmosphere for newborns, cuddling and nap time for older babies.
Variations: Baby can be sitting semi-upright or cradled deeper in the pouch horizontally.
Tips: For premature babies or babies younger than four months you can provide extra spinal support and elevation by positioning a folded towel or receiving blanket in the carrier. Fold the towel into a rectangle and place it under the baby’s head extending down to the baby’s bottom. Our infant support pillow is designed to fit in the New Native® Baby Carrier. It supports a baby’s developing spine as well as providing elevation in the carrier.

The photo below features the New Native Baby Carrier used with our infant support pillow. Approximate size of pillow is 8” wide 13” long and 2.5” thick. The baby in photo is 2 months old.

*Always check that the fabric of the carrier is securely around both sides of your baby*
